The Modern House is another beautifully-curated page. Voted best interiors Instagram accounts by Vogue, best homes accounts by the Guardian and ultimate interiors accounts by the Telegraph. It shines a spotlight on stunning houses from all over the world, big and small, urban and rural. Definitely worth a browse.


  1. Jonathan Adler


This page is an exciting mix of funky colours, patterns and daring combinations – all Jonathan Adler samples. Scroll through and be encouraged to step out of your comfort zone, be brave and inject some vitality and personality into your interiors. It’s a great example of how to create seriously cool interiors that don’t take themselves too seriously.

If you’re after a bit of design inspiration – a bit of WOW factor or sparkle – following the top magazines is always a good place to start. One of our favourites is the UK magazine, House Beautiful. Their Instagram page does not disappoint, packed full of amazing, aspirational designs, stylish decor, colourful accessories, innovative architecture and practical tips and tricks to try yourself.

Scandinavian-inspired interiors exploded onto the design scene a few years ago and remain very popular. Characterised by its minimalist design, clean lines, muted colours, and big, bright open spaces, it’s easy to understand why Scandinavian interiors are so appealing. For the best of Scandy style, it has to be My Scandinavian Home.
